Bananalicious

Made these lovely muffins for my entire office last week.

Couldn't believe I baked close to 100 over Banana-Walnut muffins and brought it all to office for everyone's breakfast. And I must say, I was pleased with the results. Unfortunately, I was too busy with the baking and packing that I didn't have the time to take a good shot of all my hardwork... But it was all done in good fun. I loved the texture of it... I kept it for almost 3 days and it still remained moist and fluffy. I just love it how my bakes remain as good as if it just came out fresh from the oven.

I have people ordering the muffins from me now :)
